MANUFACTURING OF ABALONE PILL ADDED WITH CHEONGGUKJANG, FAST-FERMENTED BEAN PASTE AND FERMENTED ORIENTAL MEDICINE MATERIALS, IT'S MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: Abalone pills containing fermented herbal materials and fermented soybeans, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the abundant amount of biologically active ingredients from abalone. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of abalone pills comprises the following steps: mixing 15wt% of lycium chinense, 15wt% of rubus coreanus, 15wt% of schisandra chinensis, 15wt% of torilis japonica, 15wt% of cuscuta japonica, 10wt% of eucommia ulmoides, 10wt% of red ginseng, 5wt% of royal jelly, and the balance of other medical herbs; mixing 50wt% of medical herb mixture, 25wt% of water, and 25wt% of sugar before injecting bacterial strains into the mixture; fermenting the mixture in a fermentor for 36-38 hours at 40-45 deg C; separating the fermented mixture into fermented herbal solids and a fermented herbal extract; drying the fermented herbal solids for 12 hours at 60 deg C, and concentrating the fermented herbal extract; mixing fermented soybean powder, dried abalone powder, the fermented herbal solids, and the fermented herbal extract; and molding the mixture into pills before drying for 8-12 hours at 50 deg C.
