The present invention relates to a tea preparing method using Canavalia gladiata, Luffa aegyptiaca, and Ulmus davidiana. More specifically, the method is used to prepare tea, which is beneficial to health and easily consumed, by removing the bitter taste and odor of the Canavalia gladiata, Luffa aegyptiaca, and Ulmus davidiana. The tea preparing method includes the steps of: (a) grinding the dried Canavalia gladiata and bean pods, mixing the ground Canavalia gladiata and bean pods at the ratio of 1:1.3-1:1.7 to form a mixture, and roasting the mixture in a roaster at the temperature of 100-150C for 10-15 minutes in order to prepare a Canavalia gladiata tea ingredient; (b) grinding the dried Luffa aegyptiaca and roasting the ground Luffa aegyptiaca in a roaster at 65-80C for 10-20 minutes to prepare a Luffa aegyptiaca tea ingredient; (c)grinding the dried Ulmus davidiana and roasting the ground Ulmus davidiana in a roaster at 100-150C for 10-15 minutes to prepare an Ulmus davidiana tea ingredient; (d) mixing 50-75 wt% of the Canavalia gladiata tea ingredient prepared in step (a), 20-40 wt% of the Luffa aegyptiaca tea ingredient prepared in step (b), and 5-10 wt% of the Ulmus davidiana tea ingredient prepared in step (c) to prepare a tea mixture; and (e) adding the tea mixture in a teabag and packing the tea mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
