According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are an apparatus to reduce vibration of a robot processing load which is directly installed in a processing apparatus to perform processing in a multi-joint robot, removing dust using a flexible guide mechanism; and to a method of reducing vibration using the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus to reduce vibration of the robot processing load comprises: a flexible guide unit including a first moving member having a hollow portion into which a processing driving unit is inserted to be in contact therewith, linearly reciprocating in one axial direction, a first guide member connected to the first moving member to guide the first moving member, a second moving member spaced apart from an outer circumference of the first moving member to be formed in a shape of surrounding the same, connected to the first guide member, and linearly reciprocating in the other axial direction, a second guide member connected to the second moving member to guide the second moving member, and a fixed member connected to the second guide member and fixated and installed to a processing apparatus; a first driving unit coupled to the second moving member moving the first moving member; and a second driving unit coupled to the fixed member moving the second moving member.
