The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing fermentation food manufactured from fermented soybean lump, soy sauce, soybean paste into which ingredients and taste of Fallopia multiflora is absorbed and having an effect of reducing hair loss and enhancing hair, blood circulation and the like while removing toxicity of the Fallopia multiflora, and to Fallopia multiflora fermentation food manufactured by the method. The method comprises the following steps: a raw material preparing step; a Fallopia multiflora drying step; a Fallopia multiflora powder manufacturing step; a soaking step; a boiling step; a soybean separating step; a molding step; and a secondary drying step.
