The present invention relates to a novel 4-aza-daurinol derivative, a production method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer containing the same as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the novel 4-aza-daurinol derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof excellently inhibits proliferation of cancer cells, thereby being useful for preventing or treating cancer by using the same as the active ingredient.
