The present invention relates to (fruit) juice and nectar formulations that include (long chain) polyunsaturated fatty acids ((LC) -PUFAs), but without the odorant character of (LC) -PUFA. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to a base material comprising PUFA and beta -carotene, and the use of said base material for making (fruit) juice or (fruit) nectar formulations.
