The present invention relates to a method of producing cadaverine by reusing pyridoxal phosphate after the application of pyridoxal kinase. More specifically, a recombinational strain, which simultaneously expresses pyridoxal kinase (pdxY) and lysine decarboxylase (cadA) derived from Escherichia coli, is used and pyridoxal (PL) or pyridoxine (PN) is reused as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and thus, the mass production of cadaverine is enabled at a low cost through a simple process.
