The present invention relates to a hollow fiber membrane filter for gas-liquid contact and degasification, and more specifically, to a device which produces a mixed solution by mixing liquid and gas. In particular, the membrane filter is configured to induce gas-liquid contact and remove gas from a mixed water (gas + liquid) by using a vacuum pump. According to the present invention, a housing cover is screwed to an upper side and lower side of a housing containing a gas-liquid contact means; a gasket ring is formed between the housing and the housing cover to prevent gas and liquid from leaking; a contact sealing means is applied between the housing and the gas-liquid contact means to seal the inside of a housing body, and prevent the gas-liquid contact means from being separated from the housing; a gas flow channel is formed to retain introduced gas, thereby allowing the gas to be introduced into the housing body steadily; and a drain outlet is formed to retain an effluent released at the time of gas-liquid contact, thereby allowing the effluent to be discharged steadily through a drain unit.
