Disclosed is a feeding management system for liquid feed additives using an information and communication technology (ICT) convergence technology, capable of uniformly implementing an effect in accordance with feeding of the liquid feed additives. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a dosing system installed in each livestock farmers feeding and water facility, and including a pump to supply water to livestock from the outside, a flow rate sensor to detect a flow rate of water supplied by the pump, and a dosing unit to supply the liquid feed additives at a set ratio based on the flow rate information detected by the flow rate sensor; a monitoring information collection unit capable of communicating with the dosing unit, and collecting dosing system information including livestock farmer ID information, the set ratio, an accumulated amount of water (L), water consumption over a unit of time (L/hr), an accumulated amount of liquid feed additives (L), and a state (RUN, STOP, ALARM) of the dosing unit; a control server placed in a remote place and receiving the dosing system information from the dosing unit through a mobile communication network; a cloud server receiving the dosing system information from the control server to store the received information; and a terminal capable of accessing the cloud server through the Internet.
