摘要

The present invention relates to a method of preparing kelp tea powder using enzymatically digested kelp and cereals fermented with probiotic bacteria; and to kelp tea powder prepared by the same. According to the present invention, fermented cereal powder prepared by fermenting various cereals (for example, brown rice, rice, barley, wheat, and adlay) with probiotic bacteria, and enzymatically digested kelp powder prepared by digesting kelp with enzymes are blended together to prepare the kelp tea powder, thus improving digestibility of the cereals and kelp, and absorption rate of nutritional components thereof. Additionally, by separately adding encapsulated probiotic bacteria, the present invention allows the probiotic bacteria to be delivered to the small intestines without getting killed by stomach acid, to further improve the benefits thereof.
