The present invention relates to a water floating type signal spoofing device, which is easily stored and carried in a small vessel, and can be prepared in a short time to be promptly used, comprising: reflection parts (20) provided to be connected to each other having the same elevation angle to each other; a rib part (35) provided outside the reflection parts (20) in a circumcircle form; a joint part (45) for connecting one side end of the rib part (35), and having a plurality of connection parts (451) formed to have an elevation angle to each other; and a spring (460) connected to both side ends in which the joint part (45) and the rib part (35) forms an opposite angle. According to the present invention, a floating body (351) having a waterproof cloth (355) on an outer circumferential surface thereof is applied on outer circumferential surface of the rib part, and thus, continuous spoofing performance for a radar signal and a guided missile are provided. Accordingly, a reflector spoofing body having a continuous spoofing effect can be launched on the sea at a fast speed, and a small vessel or a marine aircraft can easily operate the same in plural due to a small volume thereof.
