The present invention relates to a vacuum film process (VFP) three-dimensional printing system and a VFP three-dimensional printing method. More specifically, the present invention relates to the VFP three-dimensional printing system which molds a roll-to-roll film into a preset shape by repeating a process of enabling a heat press to fuse and cut the roll-to-roll film continuously supplied under vacuum, and the VFP three-dimensional printing method. Further, the VFP three-dimensional printing system of the present invention includes: a film supply unit for continuously supplying a film in the form of roll-to-roll; a vacuum sealing unit for vacuum sealing the film supplied through the film supply unit; a bed which is disposed at a lower side within the vacuum sealing unit, and on which a sculpture is stacked; a heat press unit which is disposed in an upper side within the vacuum sealing unit and heats and pressurizes the supplied film to fuse the film onto a top portion of the bed or the stacked sculpture; and a cutting unit for cutting the film fused by the heat press unit into the preset shape.
