The present invention relates to a bean powder for a sunsik product, a manufacturing method thereof, a bean powder composition for a sunsik product comprising the bean powder for the sunsik product, and specifically, to the bean powder for a sunsik product, which has enhanced pharmacological activity of Rhynchosia volubilis by immersing and soaking the Rhynchosia volubilis in a germanium solution, mixing the Rhynchosia volubilis with rice straw and floating the mixture in a red clay room, and to the bean powder composition for the sunsik product comprising the same. According to the bean powder for the sunsik product and the bean powder composition for the sunsik product manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention, the Rhynchosia volubilis known as a medicinal bean is immersed and soaked in the germanium solution, and useful ingredients of Rhynchosia volubilis are changed into a form which is digested and absorbed well through fermentation using the rice straw, and thus the bean powder for the sunsik product is excellent in nutritional and sensory aspects and is highly applicable to the food industry.
