The present invention provides a visible light responsible photocatalyst which enables stable photocatalytic activities to be exhibited even in a visible light region by optimally applying a phase changing technology to existing titanium dioxide through doping and heat treatment of transition metal ions to overcome a disadvantage of titanium dioxide exhibiting photocatalytic activities only in existing ultraviolet rays, and a method of stably coating the visible light responsible photocatalyst on a transparent glass. To achieve this, the visible light responsible photocatalyst of the present invention comprises titanium isopropoxide as a precursor of titanium dioxide, isopropyl alcohol, transition metal ions for doping, a silane coating agent for glass coating, and the like. The method of the present invention includes doping chromium and manganese at the same time using the transition metal ions for doping as a method of co-doping chromium and manganese, wherein chromium nitrate as chromium and manganese nitrate as manganese are preferably used, and a more improved visible light responsive photocatalyst can be obtained. Further, a glass on which a stable photocatalyst having an anatase phase is coated at 450°C has been obtained by using a dip coating method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
