The present invention relates to a billing device of which operation is based on the amount of battery power remaining and a billing method using the same, wherein a billing deep link is generated for a billing task in process during a billing procedure in process, if the amount of battery power remaining is equal to or less than a reference value, a user connected through the billing deep link can carry out the billing from a billing task in process. For the purpose, the present invention comprises: a battery for supplying electric power; a battery power remaining measurement unit for detecting the amount of battery power remaining; a billing unit for sequentially providing at least one billing procedure; and a billing deep link generation unit for generating a billing deep link with regard to the billing task in process by at least one billing procedure, if the amount of battery power remaining is less than a first capacity. The present invention discloses the billing device of which operation is based on the amount of battery power remaining and the billing method using the same, wherein a user connected through the billing deep link performs billing from the billing task in process from the billing unit.
