PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To centrally control cargo just by access to a portal site.;SOLUTION: A centralized physical distribution management system is used in delivery of cargo of an order received to a destination, and it is composed as a site with intercommunication by use of telecommunication network lines 30 and 40. A database server 70 is installed in the site, and a shipping instruction processing part collectively sending instructions on the cargo of the order received to the delivery destination including physical distributors, a calculation processing part for physical distribution costs or the like calculating physical distribution costs necessary for delivering the cargo to the destination, and a cargo tracking processing part indicating a delivery situation of the cargo are at least provided as internal processing parts of the database server. The cargo is centrally controlled so all shipping instructions regarding the cargo can be sent to physical distributors just by accessing to the portal site.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
