Provided are a floating type stone case assembly and a method for manufacturing a spring type floating body for the floating type stone case assembly. The provided method for manufacturing a spring type floating body is a method for manufacturing a spring type floating body for the floating type stone case which comprises a stone case fixed with a jewel or a stone case coupling unit having a leaf spring on which the jewel is mounted. The method comprises the following steps: an applying step for applying an emulsifier on an upper surface of a metal plate to form a cover layer; a film laminating step for laminating films having patterns corresponding to the stone case assembly unit formed of a leaf spring on a emulsifier coating layer; an exposure step for forming a pattern layer corresponding to the patterns of the films on the emulsifier coating layer; a film removing step for removing films on which patterns formed; and a plating step for forming the stone case coupling unit having a leaf spring by plating a nickel alloy on the pattern layer formed in the exposure step.
