The present invention relates to a method of calculating task suitability for mission distribution of a multi-purpose robot capable of assigning tasks for each robot and also optimally assigning a task for each robot by calculating task suitability for the robot. According to the present invention, the method of calculating task suitability for mission distribution of a multi-purpose robot capable of allowing a multi-purpose robot system with a plurality of robots to perform tasks by completing tasks assigned to each of the robots includes: an initial input step (S110) of inputting robots to which tasks are assigned in the multi-purpose robot system, forming the tasks, and inputting the tasks to be performed to the robots through a multi-purpose robot system to calculate task suitability for the robot; a task analysis step (S120) of analyzing the tasks inputted in the initial input step (S110) and calculating a configuration ratio of equipment required to perform the task; a robot equipment analysis step (S130) for analyzing equipment mounted in the robots inputted in the initial input step (S110) and estimating the equipment mounted in the robot; and a suitability calculating step (S140) of calculating suitability between the robot and the task by combining scores of equipment estimated in the robot equipment analysis step (S130) and the configuration ratio of equipment obtained in the task analysis step (S120).
