The present invention relates to a reward-based information providing system applied to the public sector. According to the present invention, the reward-based information providing system comprises: an information managing unit for managing a list of questionnaire survey information and public information related to the public sector; an information providing unit for providing a public information menu and a questionnaire survey menu on a screen of a user terminal connected to a network, and providing the list when the menu is selected; and a point managing unit for accumulating, when access to the public information or participation in the questionnaire survey on the provided list is made, points corresponding to the information browsing or survey participation mission in a user account. Accordingly, it is possible to compensate users for points related to mission execution such as information browsing and questionnaire survey participation while providing various information related to the public sector, such that citizens′ voluntary attention and participation in the information of the public sector can be induced, the effects of rapid propagation and promotion of related information can be expected, and the activation of social donation activities can be promoted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
