A label for certificating a genuine product, a system for certificating a genuine product, and a computing device for executing the same are disclosed. The system for certificating a genuine product according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes the label for certificating a genuine product where a watermark content into which a genuine product certification number corresponding to a product identification number is inserted, is printed on one side thereof, and a certification server which receives a genuine product certification request including the genuine certification number from a user terminal obtaining an image of the label for certificating a genuine product, transmits a certification key request to a user terminal if the genuine product is not registered for the product identification number corresponding to the genuine product certification number, receives a certification key from the user terminal and execute the certification of the genuine product. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent the genuine product registration of a malicious third party.
