Paying attention to the product quality,and the implementation of guaranteeing product quality - are important issues which relate to the development of enterprises, the national economy and the livelihood of citizens. The enterprises and governments of various countries are deeply concerned by these issues. Quality certification is aninternational practice used for evaluatingwhether a product, or a service provided,is in compliance with specific standards and/or technical specifications. Itis also a system for fulfilling contract requirements and/or satisfying certain standards requiredin modern industrial society.
