The present invention relates to a smart mirrorless camera system based on prediction and warning of collision with an approaching vehicle, comprising: left and right rearview mirror cameras; a rear camera; an image processing portion; a collision prediction portion; and a collision warning portion. By analyzing an image filmed by the rear camera, vehicles nearby a vehicle can be detected.
