The present invention relates to alphabet learning cards and a method of an alphabet learning game using the cards. In the alphabet learning cards, one pack is formed by four sets of a total of 104 cards, which is formed by: two sets of 26 upper case letter cards (110, 120) which include upper case alphabets from A to Z written on front faces thereof; and two sets of 26 lower case letter cards (130, 140) which include lower case alphabets from a to z written on front faces thereof, wherein the alphabet letters written and background colors on the front faces of the upper case cards (110, 120) and the lower case cards (130, 140) are in four different colors for each set so that the upper case cards (110, 120) or the lower case cards (130, 140) having the same alphabet letter written thereon can be distinguished from each other. In the upper case cards (110, 120) and the lower case cards (130, 140), a joker card (150) that can be used as a replacement of an arbitrary card is further included to form the alphabet learning cards. The alphabet learning game method is configured such that it can be performed in four different methods using the alphabet learning cards, so as to allow multiple learners to participate and cultivate an alphabet learning capacity through a more friendly and entertaining learning scheme.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
