The present invention relates to a recombinant protein, a gene encoding a recombinant protein, a recombinant microorganism containing a gene, and a method for decomposing a polymer substance using the same. One embodiment of the present invention provides a gene comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the recombinant protein. The gene may comprise a regulatory sequence such as a coding region or a 5′-non coding sequence and a 3′-non coding sequence other than the coding region.
