The present invention relates to a method for cultivating sprout vegetables of crucifers, intended to increase content of glucosinolate in the sprout vegetables of crucifers by using a light-emitting diode (LED) as a light source when cultivating the sprout vegetables of crucifers. According to the present invention, provided is a method for cultivating sprout vegetables of crucifers with improved anticancer activities, which is eco-friendly and economically feasible while light quality selection and light quantity control are easy.
