The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a liver gene of a rat exposed to intermittent hypoxia, which comprises the steps of: (a) introducing a rat into an animal laboratory chamber in which a hypoxia condition similar to a flight environment can be formed; (b) intermittently forming the hypoxia condition in the chamber to expose the rat to an intermittent hypoxia environment; (c) obtaining RNA from a liver of the rat exposed to the intermittent hypoxia environment; (d) measuring an expression change of a gene of the RNA using an NGS device; and (e) obtaining a correlation between the gene, a signal system of proteins, and a metabolism from the expression change of the gene. The method of the present invention can obtain a correlation between a gene, a signal system of proteins, and a metabolism from an expression change of a liver gene of a rat when the rat is exposed to an intermittent hypoxia environment. In addition, the method of the present invention can be used as basic data for physical and genetic changes generated in a flight environment and diseases progressing therethrough.
