The present invention relates to an investment management system using points and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the system comprises: an investment management server to perform publication and receive investment in an online network through enterprise information received from each enterprise terminal; a member store server to provide information about points generated by interconnecting with the investment management server and to transmit an investment advancing request signal; and a personal terminal accessing the member store server to receive the information about the points. According to the present invention, when the investment management server suggests an item allowing point investment, a user personally fixes an investment item and amount to advance an investment. Accordingly, a direct financial loss is not generated because the investment uses points, thus providing an effect capable of rousing user′s interest; and continuous point accumulation is pursued, thus activating purchase activity, thereby providing an effect capable of assisting in sales increase from the perspective of a company.
