PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize continuous transactions utilizing a privilege and to provide an investment management system, an investment management method, and an investment management program for activation of the investment.;SOLUTION: A management server 20 includes: an investment information storage part 23 for recording an investment amount of an investor; a control part 21 connected to a point enterprise server 30 for managing the privilege usable for transactions with the investor. The control part 21 records an investment amount invested by the investor in the investment information storage part 23 and executes a loan management process for lending a fund to a loaner associated with the point enterprise having a benefit system. When the loan is recovered at the time of the repayment from the loaner, the repayment is performed to the investor recorded in the investment information storage part 23, and instructions for providing an interest of the loan to the investor by the privilege converted in the privilege system are outputted.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
