The present invention provides an anti-fatigue food composition exhibiting an anti-fatigue effect in a form that is easy to ingest. The anti-fatigue food composition comprises an S-allylcysteine. The anti-fatigue food composition suppresses accumulation of fatigue, improves work efficiency, suppresses relaxation degradation and improves concentration.
