The present invention relates to an automatic grading apparatus of beef sirloin quality. The automatic grading apparatus comprises, inside a case having a bottom side and a top side making an acute angle to be inserted into a space for photographing beef sirloin, a transparent window for observing beef sirloin, which forms at least a part of the bottom side of the case, a lighting unit for emitting light toward the transparent window, and a camera for photographing the transparent window at an angle below 90 degrees. Also, the automatic grading apparatus includes an image processing unit which processes a beef sirloin image obtained by the camera.
