The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for fusing a 5G communication system supporting a higher data transfer rate than a 4G system with an IoT technology, and a system thereof. The present disclosure can be applied to intelligence type services (for example, a smart home, a smart building, a smart city, a smart car, or a connected car, healthcare, digital education, retail business, security and safety related services, etc.) based on a 5G communication technology and an IoT related technology. The present invention discloses a method for transmitting and receiving data for ultra-reliable and low-latency communications (URLLC) in a wireless communication system. The method for processing a control signal in a wireless communication system comprises the following steps of: receiving a first control signal transmitted from a base station; processing the received first control signal; and transmitting a second control signal generated based on the processing to the base station.
