When one or more extracts selected from the group consisting of Paeonia lactiflora, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Eriobotrya japonica, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, and Dendropanax morbifera is used as active ingredients, the movement and proliferation of smooth muscle cells are effectively inhibited, and platelet agglutination is inhibited.
