The present invention provides a cryoanesthesia apparatus for performing cryoanesthesia on a treatment site by spraying a coolant to the treatment site so as to more quickly and accurately control a temperature of the coolant sprayed to the treatment site. The apparatus comprises: a housing forming an outer shape and from which the coolant is sprayed; a spraying unit installed in the housing for spraying the coolant; a coolant temperature controller connected to the spraying unit to adjust the temperature by applying thermal energy to the coolant to be sprayed; and a control unit connected to the coolant temperature controller to control the coolant temperature controller.
