The present invention relates to a method for producing a catalyst for removing manganese-ceria-tungsten-titania-based nitrogen oxide with enhanced adsorption amount for reducing agents. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a catalyst, including the following steps: adjusting pH of slurry containing a manganese precursor-containing aqueous solution to 1 to 3; and drying and sintering the same thereafter. The present invention further relates to a catalyst produced thereby. By controlling adsorption properties of the catalyst for ammonia and nitrogen oxide, it is possible to derive excellent nitrogen oxide removal efficiency even in a low temperature region of 200°C or lower.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
