The present invention relates to a PTC heating body for a fuel cell stack, and a PTC heating assembly for a fuel cell stack including the same. The PTC heating body for a fuel cell stack according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: a first insulating layer; a first moisture barrier layer formed on the first insulating layer; a first base layer formed on the first moisture barrier layer; a PTC heating layer formed on the first base layer; a second base layer formed on the PTC heating layer; a second moisture barrier layer formed on the second base layer; and a second insulating layer formed on the second moisture barrier layer. An objective of the present invention is to provide a PTC heating body and a PTC heating assembly for a fuel cell stack which can improve the durability inside the fuel cell stack.
