The present invention provides a training evaluation apparatus making it possible to let a trainee train a method for manipulating a tractor or to evaluate manipulation of the trainee by a simulator in a virtual situation in which a trailer is attached to the tractor. The apparatus comprises: a steering module including components related to the manipulation of the tractor; an image module for, by using the simulator, visualizing a situation that the trainee manipulates or operates the tractor under a virtual reality; a motion module including a motion control device collecting tractor shaking information to perform tractor behavior analysis; and an instructor module including a training scenario setup unit which sets up a training situation of the trainee or transmits training situation information of the trainee to the image module or the motion module, and a training process monitoring unit which displays behavior information and training process information of the trainee received from an image visualization device.
