The present invention relates to a method of producing a heat resistant SAN-based resin, and methods of producing a resin composition comprising the heat resistant SAN-based resin and an injection molded product comprising the heat resistant SAN-based resin. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of a high quality heat resistant SAN-based resin with excellent heat resistance, mechanical properties, productivity and other properties at high productivity by adjusting pH values within a specific range, thereby improving polymerization conversion rate and polymerization stability in a process of emulsion polymerizing raw materials including (meth)acrylic acid with excellent heat resistance when producing the SAN-based resin. According to the present invention, the resin composition comprising the heat resistant SAN-based resin produced by the method has an advantage that the resin composition not only is very excellent in heat resistance by having a heat distortion temperature (HDT) of 110°C or higher, but also is excellent in mechanical properties by having a tensile strength of 550 kg/cm^2 or more.
