The present invention relates to an antioxidant or anti-inflammatory composition containing a Ganoderma lucidum mycelium extract as an active ingredient. The composition containing an unhulled barley-derived Ganoderma lucidum extract exhibits antioxidant or anti-inflammatory activities and thus can be useful for drugs, cosmetic products, and foods for preventing, ameliorating, or treating diseases caused by antioxidation and inflammation.
