The present invention relates to a dry-type water pressure massager using wave waves. To this end, water waves are made in a longitudinal direction by having a water wave generation device at one side in a main body of the water pressure massager, causing vertical fluctuation in accordance with the water waves from a waterproof mat provided at an upper side of the main body. The water pressure massager moves up and down perpendicular to a longitudinal direction along the water waves while making a user feel as lying on a rolling wave.
