The present invention relates to a method for producing frozen grilled short rib patties for grilled short rib patties made with pork and beef, comprising the following steps: (a) preparing beef thawing frozen beef at a temperature of -2-0°C for 1 to 2 hours, and then cutting the same in 1-3 mm; (b) preparing pork by thawing frozen pork at a temperature of -2-0°C for 1 to 2 hours, and then cutting the same in 1-3 mm; (c) preparing pork flesh using pork head slices cut in 2-3 mm while the slice contains 9-28% of the pork flesh; (d) primarily kneading a mixture obtained by mixing the ingredients prepared in the step (a), (b), and (c) along with corn powder-blended seasoning; and (e) adding bread crumbs to the same after the primary kneading for secondary kneading without water accumulated therein, aging the same at -2-0°C for 20-26 hours after the secondary kneading, and keeping the same frozen under -18 to -20°C after aging and packaging the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
