The present invention relates to an ABS-based graft copolymer, a method for preparing the same, and an ABS-based resin composition and an injection molded product prepared comprising the same. In particular, by excluding the use of an emulsifier and including a large-diameter rubber latex and a small-diameter rubber latex in a specific ratio as the diene-based rubber polymer when graft-polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyan compound onto a diene-based rubber polymer, the ABS-based graft copolymer with high graft ratio can be prepared; and the ABS-based graft copolymer can be mixed with an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyan compound and provided as an ABS-based resin composition having improved external appearances in terms of color, gloss, and vividness.
