The present invention relates to a technique for eliminating interference with an outer wall of a center console which has an armrest end which is inserted into the center console while being rotated when the armrest is opened. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a center console armrest for a vehicle which includes an armrest configured to be openable above a center console; a lead part configured to be rotatable to open the armrest about a main hinge positioned inside the center console; an armrest hinge configured to connect the lead part and the armrest; a lower protrusion positioned inside an armrest end inserted into the center console; and a guide rail for guiding the lower protrusion. When the center console is opened, the lead part is configured to rotate the armrest about the main hinge, and the armrest is configured to rotate in the same direction about the armrest hinge. In addition, the lower protrusion moves along the guide rail to the inside of the center console, so the armrest end moves to the inside of the center console.
