The present invention relates to a touch display device capable of performing load free driving during touch sensing, and reducing electromagnetic interference, in which a touch driving circuit diffuses one or more frequency components in a signal including the frequency components, and generates a touch driving signal including the diffused frequency components to output the same so as to reduce the magnitude of electromagnetism radiated when the touch driving signal is applied. In addition, the average power for the diffused frequency components is maintained to be the same as power of the signal including the frequency components to maintain the touch sensing performance. Also, the accuracy of touch sensing can be improved while reducing the level of electromagnetic interference by performing the load free driving using a signal having the same waveform as a touch driving signal including the diffused frequency components.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
