According to an embodiment of the present invention, a secretory protein detection chip for an intervertebral disc disease research comprises: an intervertebral disc chamber in which an inflamed intervertebral disc cell is cultured; a nerve chamber in which nerve cells are cultured; a nerve chamber connection channel which is connected to the intervertebral disc chamber and the nerve chamber to be able to block cell migration between intervertebral disc cells and the nerve cells, and in which a secretory protein secreted from the inflamed intervertebral disc cells flows; a first moving channel which is branched from the nerve chamber connection channel, and in which the secretory protein flows; and a FET-based sensor unit which is connected to the first moving channel, in which a reaction body antigen-antibody coupled with a target protein inducing pain of intervertebral disc among the secretory protein is treated, and which senses the target protein by a change in an electrical signal during the antigen-antibody coupling, wherein the secretory protein is provided to the nerve chamber through the nerve chamber connection channel to stimulate the nerve cells and is provided to the FET-based sensor unit through the first moving channel, and when the nerve cells are stimulated by the secretory protein, a dendrite is preferably grown into the nerve chamber connection channel.
