The present invention relates to a popcorn holding apparatus for a theater seat, which comprises: an armrest mounting unit detachably mounted on an armrest stand; a rotary arm unit rotationally mounted on the armrest mounting unit; and a popcorn container holding unit mounted on the rotary arm unit and holding a popcorn container. Accordingly, the apparatus can be selectively mounted on an armrest stand for a theater seat so that convenience in use can be maximized without any inconvenience when an audience sits and stands up.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
