The present invention relates to a solar panel adjustment device capable of tracking changes in a solar incident angle according to season, comprises: a solar panel; a pole hinge-coupled to a rear part of a lower surface of the solar panel, and having a pole groove formed on a front part thereof and recessed in the vertical direction; a moving slide inserted into the pole groove; a moving frame including a moving guide, of which a lower surface is hinge-coupled to an upper surface of the moving slide, and of which an upper surface is hinge-coupled to a front part of the lower surface of the solar panel; and a vertical actuator allowing the moving frame and the solar panel to be rotated by sliding the moving slide in the vertical direction by hydraulic pressure.
