The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the weight of an egg for an automatic egg cooking machine. The apparatus for measuring the weight of an egg for an automatic egg cooking machine comprises: a substrate installed in the automatic egg cooking machine, and having a plurality of machines and electronic components mounted thereon; an egg cargo box arranged in multiple layers on an upper side of the substrate, and provided to supply an egg disposed in an end of a lower layer among eggs seated in a plurality of spirally-arranged holes to an egg crushing unit which is a rotation final point; and an egg weight measurement unit disposed on a lower side of the substrate, which is a position one step immediately before the egg crushing unit, and provided to measure the weight of the egg seated in each of the holes to set a heating time of a heating unit.
