APPARATUS FOR REMOVING EGG LIQUID REMAINING IN EGG SHELL AND REJECTING UNBROKEN EGG FOR AUTOMATIC EGG-BREAKING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an automatic egg-breaking machine, by removing the residual egg liquid remaining in the broken egg shell by blasting compressed air, and thrusting and removing the unbroken egg utilizing the motion of the freely movable compressed air nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The movable hollow nozzle 18 is closed at both ends and furnished with compressed air blasting holes 19 at both sides of the front end. The nozzle is supported slidably with the supporting means 15 and 17 checking the escape of the nozzle with the spring 26, and is pushed forward with the driving means 17 until the compressed air blasting hole 19 at the front end thereof is positioned between both broken egg shells held with the egg-breaking means 11. The stationary hollow guide shaft 16 supplied with compressed air from the compressed air source is attached in the same direction as the nozzle 18, and the nozzle 18 is connected through the compressed air paths 20, 23 to the guide shaft 16 to supply compressed air to the nozzle 18. The liquid egg remaining in the broken egg shell can be recovered by blasting compressed air, and the unbroken egg can be thrusted and removed by the motion of the nozzle 18.
