The present invention relates to lightweight particles having electromagnetic wave absorption and heat radiation functions, a master batch and a sheet including the same. The lightweight particles having electromagnetic wave absorption and heat radiation functions comprises: (A) a carbon nucleus; and (B) one of (B-1) a ceramic shell coating a surface of the nucleus and a magnetic shell coating a surface of the ceramic shell and (B-2) the magnetic shell coating the surface of the nucleus and the ceramic shell coating the surface of the magnetic shell.
