An embodiment of the present invention relates to a multi-functional composite sheet having functions of heat radiation, electromagnetic wave shield and electromagnetic wave absorption, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method for manufacturing a multi-functional composite sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: free-mixing artificial graphite powder with a binder, a hardener, a dispersant and a solvent; generating a first slurry by dispersing the free-mixed mixture; filtering the first slurry in order to remove foreign substances included in the first slurry or particles larger than the reference particle size; generating second layer by forming the filtered first slurry on an upper surface of a first layer including a thermally conductive material; and irradiating a xenon lamp having a wavelength of 400-1600 nm on the multi-functional composite sheet in order to remove the solvent. According to the embodiment of the present invention, provided is a multi-functional composite sheet having functions of excellent heat radiation, excellent electromagnetic wave shield and electromagnetic wave absorption.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
